Country star Pat Green\u00a0is experiencing unimaginable heartbreak.<\/p>\n

The \u201cDrinkin\u2019 Days\u201d singer, 53, revealed his family has \u201csuffered a heartbreaking and deeply personal loss\u201d due to the devastating floods in Texas that have claimed the lives of\u00a0more than 100 people<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His wife, Kori Green, elaborated on\u00a0her Instagram account<\/a>\u00a0Monday: \u201cPat\u2019s little brother John, his wife, Julia, and two of their children were swept away in the Kerrville flood.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are so thankful for the outpouring of love and concern,\u201d Kori wrote.<\/p>\n

While Kori\u2019s post still reads that they are waiting for the family members to be found, local outlets reported that John\u2019s and Julia\u2019s bodies have been recovered.<\/p>\n

Family members revealed that the couple had been staying in an RV in Kerrville with their two young sons when the flood came ripping through,\u00a0reported KCEN-TV<\/a>\u00a0on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Green\u2019s loved ones confirmed their deaths, with witnesses telling\u00a0the Daily Express<\/a>\u00a0that John\u00a0\u201cclung to his babies\u201d<\/a>\u00a0James, 1, and Jack, 5, as he fought to stay afloat.<\/p>\n

The search for their sons continues, with their daughter, Jenna, uninjured, as she was at summer camp and not at the RV park.<\/p>\n

The Post has reached out to Green\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n

Well wishes for Green\u2019s loved ones immediately poured in.<\/p>\n

Sending our love and prayers\u00a0\ud83e\udd0d,\u201d wrote a third.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are no words for a loss like this. I can\u2019t imagine the heartbreak you\u2019re feeling, but please know you\u2019re in my heart and prayers,\u201d shared someone else.<\/p>\n

The country crooner released a statement before his wife offered more details.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the weekend, during the devastating flooding that hit Central Texas, my family \u2014 like so many others \u2014\u00a0suffered a heartbreaking and deeply personal loss,\u201d Green began.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are grieving alongside countless Texans whose lives have been upended by this tragedy,\u201d he continued, adding they are already in deep mourning.<\/p>\n

\u201cRight now, we kindly ask for privacy and space as we mourn, support each other, and begin to process what comes next for our family. Thank you for your love, prayers, and compassion,\u201d the San Antonio native concluded.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Green announced that he was\u00a0postponing his Sunday concert<\/a>\u00a0\u201cdue to the unforeseen weather and tragedy,\u201d adding, \u201cOur prayers go out to all the folks affected by the floods in the Texas Hill Country.\u201d<\/p>\n

Severe downpour throughout several central Texas counties started late Thursday night, causing catastrophic flooding of the Guadalupe River, with the\u00a0death toll reaching 109 people<\/a>\u00a0Tuesday, including at least 27 children at Camp Mystic.<\/p>\n

Famous Texans have continued to speak out about the heartbreak, with Jenna Bush Hager, 43,\u00a0breaking down<\/a>\u00a0as she discussed her family ties to the Christian summer camp.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mom [former First Lady Laura Bush] was a counselor there, but also so many of my friends were raised at this camp,\u201d she said\u00a0on \u201cToday\u201d during Monday<\/a>\u2018s episode.<\/p>\n

Hager also shared that \u201cmany of my friends had their kids there last week.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe stories I\u2019ve heard over the last couple of days are beautiful and heartbreaking,\u201d Hager stated. \u201cTexas has a type of resilience. They\u2019re generous people, where people want to reach out and help. Texas camps are really special.\u201d<\/p>\n
