Beloved Star Of Iconic ESPN Series Has Tragically Passed Away After Being Found \u201cUnresponsive\u201d In His Home<\/h1>\n

We have seen many legends come and go, but Michael Madsen is one of those people who has the entire country reeling from his tragic demise.<\/p>\n

Madsen, best known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino\u2019s films \u201cReservoir Dogs,\u201d \u201cKill Bill: Vol. 2,\u201d \u201cThe Hateful Eight,\u201d and \u201cOnce Upon a Time in Hollywood,\u201d passed away this week.<\/p>\n

He reportedly suffered cardiac arrest at his Malibu home and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was only 67.<\/p>\n

The actor is said to have been found \u201cunresponsive\u201d by law enforcement at his home in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Months before his death, Michael Madsen, who had been struggling with his son Hudson\u2019s tragic suicide, was also dealing with a bitter fallout with his wife, DeAnna, that led to his arrest.<\/p>\n

In a career spanning over 40 years on television and film, he had over 340 credits.<\/p>\n

For sports fans, Madsen is best remembered from his role as Don \u201cThe Matador\u201d Everest in the original TV series Tilt from 2005.<\/p>\n

In September 2024, Madsen filed for divorce from his wife, DeAnna Madsen, per People. He is survived by his sons, Christian Madsen, Max Madsen, Calvin Madsen, and Luke Madsen.<\/p>\n

Michael Madsen has died at the age of 67.<\/p>\n

The actor, best known for his roles in films like Free Willy and Reservoir Dogs, last posted on Instagram in March.<\/p>\n

He was wearing a red collared shirt and blue jeans as he held on to a cigar. He also had a cowboy hat on as he looked off to the side.<\/p>\n

At the time the post was uploaded, Madsen received some congratulatory messages from fans.<\/p>\n
