A British woman\u2019s family has spoken out after she was rushed to a Spanish hospital in a life-threatening condition.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poppy-mae Crutchley was in the middle of a fun trip with her friends when her\u00a0health<\/a>\u00a0took a shocking turn for the worse.<\/p>\n

Poppy\u2019s family have said she is now in a\u00a0Spanish<\/a>\u00a0hospital and her dad, Simon Crutchley, shared a photo of his daughter hooked up to machines in hospital – saying she is \u2018fighting for her life\u2019.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old, from Worcester,\u00a0UK<\/a>, was on her first girls holiday for a friend\u2019s hen do when things started to go wrong.<\/p>\n

His family believes a tattoo she got out there may have been the cause of her issues, as health experts in the country believe she has suffered multiple organ failure.<\/p>\n

A\u00a0GoFundMe<\/a>\u00a0has been set up to help support Poppy and her family as they deal with the increasing costs of trying to get their daughter the best care and bring her back home to the UK, if possible.<\/p>\n

In a post on the\u00a0donation page<\/a>, her father wrote: \u201cAll I can put it down to is a tattoo she had on her wrist two days before this picture.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow she\u2019s 29 but she\u2019s still my little girl. I don\u2019t believe in religion but if there\u2019s a God up there then I beg you to send my baby a little help to pull through this because I need her.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s too young and fantastic to be taken yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Poppy initially became ill on June 29, only a few days into the trip, and was taken to a hospital in Benidorm before being moved to a more specialist center.<\/p>\n

Her friend, who set up the GoFundMe page, said that in the first few days Poppy was perfectly fine, and explained how the situation unfolded.<\/p>\n

She wrote: \u201cShe went away on her first girls\u2019 holiday for a friend\u2019s hen do. On the first day Poppy enjoyed herself with friends, a couple of drinks and even had a tattoo.<\/p>\n

\u201cInstantly after the tattoo, Poppy felt unwell, that unwell that she had taken herself to the hospital where instantly and amazingly they acted straight away due to no oxygen in her body and fluid on her heart.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018Poppy was transferred to another hospital in Spain last night that specialises in what she needs.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs it stands currently, they are unsure at this moment in time if it is a bacterial infection (from the tattoo maybe?) or if she has been spiked.<\/p>\n
