Actor Michael Madsen has died at the age of 67, his publicist Liz Rodriguez has confirmed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Madsen had a\u00a0cardiac arrest<\/a>\u00a0and was found unresponsive in his Malibu home on Thursday, the publicist confirmed to CNN.<\/p>\n

Madsen\u2019s managers Susan Ferris and Ron Smith, as well as Rodriguez said in a joint statement: “In the last two years Michael Madsen has been doing some incredible work with independent film including upcoming feature films Resurrection Road, Concessions and Cookbook for Southern Housewives, and was really looking forward to this next chapter in his life. “Michael was also preparing to release a new book called Tears For My Father: Outlaw Thoughts and Poems currently being edited.<\/p>\n

“Michael Madsen was one of Hollywood\u2019s most iconic actors, who will be missed by many.”<\/p>\n

The legendary actor was certainly best known for his partnership with\u00a0Quentin Tarantino<\/a>\u00a0in a number of\u00a0movies<\/a>, including\u00a0Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill: Vol. 2<\/em>,\u00a0The Hateful Eight<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Once Upon a Time in Hollywood<\/em>.<\/p>\n
