A gullible British man was scammed by an online catfisher \u2014 believing it was a hard-up Jennifer Aniston madly in love with him.<\/p>\n

Paul Davis, 43,\u00a0told The Sun<\/a>\u00a0he paid out non-refundable Apple gift cards after being sent messages he believed were from the \u201cFriends\u201d star blowing him kisses and holding up a sign reading, \u201cI love you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Davis said a photo of Aniston\u2019s driver\u2019s license convinced him she was real.Daily Echo\/Solent News<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had fake videos from\u00a0Jennifer Aniston<\/a>\u00a0saying she loves me and asking for [about $270],\u201d he told the UK paper of the scam using AI images. \u201cI believed it \u2013 and I paid.\u201d<\/p>\n

The unemployed Brit from Southampton fell for the scam even though the supposed Hollywood superstar said she needed his help to pay for her Apple subscriptions.<\/p>\n
