The jury has reached a verdict in the Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs case after three days of deliberations, finding the music mogul not guilty on the most serious charges.<\/p>\n

Combs had been on trial since May. He entered a not guilty plea on five counts, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
NBC News\u00a0reports<\/a>\u00a0Combs was found guilty on two of the five counts, but not guilty on the alleged racketeering conspiracy.<\/p>\n
He was found not guilty on the alleged sex trafficking of Casandra Ventura, but he was found guilty of the Mann Act Transportation of Casandra Ventura.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
Combs was also found not guilty of the alleged sex trafficking of former girlfriend Jane, but guilty of the Mann Act transportation of former girlfriend Jane.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
The New York Post\u00a0reports<\/a>\u00a0Diddy reacted to the not guilty verdicts by nodding his head and saying “thank you” to the jury as well as making the prayer gesture with his hands.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
NBC News adds that he later fell to his knees in the courtroom with his head in a chair and appeared to be praying before hugging his lawyers. His family was also there clapping and cheering.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

The Post adds that Judge Arun Subramanian addressed the jury, saying, \u201cI want to thank all of you for your hard work and dedication. I know you\u2019ve given a lot to be here over the last 10 weeks.”<\/p>\n
Subramanian added, “It\u2019s taken a tremendous amount of sacrifice. I want you to know it\u2019s inspiring to all of us. You did so with no reward, other than the reward of answering the call of public service.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
According to the paper, Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo then asked the judge for Diddy’s release.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
\u201cMy proposal would be that he be released today, that he be permitted to live at his home in Florida,” Agnifilo said. “It would be a bond of whatever size your honor sees fit, maybe $1 million?”<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
The prosecution, however, asked that Diddy remain behind bars. The judge will convene with both sides at 1 p.m. ET to make a decision on the rapper’s release.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
Diddy now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison, as each count he was found guilty of carries a maximum 10-year sentence.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
