Peyton Manning<\/a> has made a revelation about his nephew Arch Manning<\/a> that should have opposition players worried.<\/p>\n

The Texas quarterback will be starting for the Longhorns after spending his first two years on the bench, which most insist was the plan all along.<\/p>\n

It appears his uncle cannot wait to watch him play in 2025, especially given the way he impressed after stepping in after Quinn Ewers got injured last season.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited to watch Arch play,\u201d <\/em>the former NFL<\/a> star said on \u2018The Pat McAfee Show\u2019 this week<\/a>. \u201cHe\u2019s been very patient. I thought he threw the ball really well at the camp.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Manning, a two-time Super Bowl champion and five-time MVP, is in awe of his nephew\u2019s arm strength, which he rates higher than his own at his peak. He also lauded that of LSU\u2019s Garrett Nussmeier.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey make throws that I wouldn\u2019t even think about making,\u201d<\/em> he added. \u201cI mean, Arch made a throw the other day that I\u2019d have to hit the cutoff man to get the ball to the actual receiver.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Peyton believes that Arch\u2019s style of play comes more from his dad, Cooper, than from him or their other brother, Eli.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that little swagger comes from his dad, and that\u2019s good to see,\u201d he said. \u201cLook, Arch has got to be his own person. And he can move. My dad\u2019s speed sort of skipped a generation, skipped me and Eli, and I think Arch has that.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
