Hurdler Chris Robinson finished a race in dramatic fashion after accidentally flashing viewers at home.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For most competitive athletes when it comes to their time to shine, it’s important to be laser focused and not let anything else distract you.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately Robinson wasn\u2019t afforded this luxury and likely had one other thing on his mind as he competed.<\/p>\n

During a\u00a0400m hurdles<\/a>\u00a0event at the Ostrava Golden Spike meet in\u00a0Czechia<\/a>\u00a0the 24-year-old runner suffered a rather awkward wardrobe malfunction that he couldn\u2019t quite fix during his race.<\/p>\n

While running, Robinson couldn\u2019t seem to keep himself together as his genitals became exposed for all to see.<\/p>\n

He made repeated attempts to try and cover himself up to no avail.<\/p>\n

Chris Robinson repeatedly tried to fix himself mid race (news.com<\/a>.au)<\/cite><\/div>\n

Amazingly, Robinson managed to not drop the ball (sort of) and still managed to not only complete the race but hold his position in first.<\/p>\n

And to top it all off, he almost beat his previous record, coming in at 48.05 seconds, just one-tenth of a second off of his personal best. Not a bad result, all things considered.<\/p>\n

Robinson seemed to take it all in his stride and did a somersault after crossing the finish line, to lay on his back and smile.<\/p>\n

Hilariously one commentator managed to keep their composure as they reflected on the wardrobe malfunction.<\/p>\n

They said: \u201cCongratulations to Chris Robinson for battling a problem that does emerge occasionally, various parts of their equipment failure can make it very awkward.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut that was a stunning effort to be out in front, very nearly a personal best with those adjustments going on.<\/p>\n

\u201cConstant man handling going on with the left hand, but boy he just stayed in front, dipping at the line and getting home in the lead.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chris Robinson took the whole blunder in his stride (news.com<\/a>.au)<\/cite><\/div>\n

In some broadcasts, as it was live, there wasn\u2019t actually time to blur out Robinson\u2019s …Johnson, and some viewers got an eyeful in the replays as well.<\/p>\n

World Athletics commentator Tim Hutchings addressed this in one of the broadcasts after the race.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cThat’s a brilliant run by the American to be constantly adjusting certain parts of his equipment and possibly his anatomy down the home straight there around that top bend.<\/p>\n

“He hit that ninth hurdle hard. He was having an equipment failure there. I think that is probably the politest way to put it. There hasn’t been time to censor them.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
