Donald Trump has once again found himself in the spotlight after cameras picked up the photo on his lock screen.<\/p>\n

The president, 78, has been in the headlines again after his right-hand man,\u00a0Elon Musk<\/a>,\u00a0resigned from the Republican administration<\/a>\u00a0last week (May 29).<\/p>\n

Meanwhile,\u00a0Trump’s<\/a>\u00a0highly publicised $175 billion (\u00a3130 billion) missile defence system, dubbed the ‘Golden Dome’, has already\u00a0raised eyebrows around the world<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In recent times, the\u00a0US<\/a>\u00a0leader has also launched a ‘trade war’ against his country’s neighbour and made threats to annex Canada as America\u2019s 51st state.<\/p>\n

He then went on to face even more open ridicule after claiming Canada was \u2018considering\u2019 his offer of joining – something Canadian officials have yet to confirm or deny.<\/p>\n

And now, the internet has got hold of none other than Trump’s\u00a0phone<\/a>\u00a0background, which is – you guessed it – a picture of himself.<\/p>\n

Photographs show that the president\u2019s wallpaper is a close-up photo of his face as he points at the camera with a stern look.<\/p>\n

Social media<\/a>\u00a0users were quick to lap this up and reveal their thoughts on the \u2018self-absorbed\u2019 but \u2018on-brand\u2019 move.<\/p>\n

One wrote: \u201cAhahahahaha. The most on-brand thing that ever on-branded. Trump’s lock screen is, of course, a picture of Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n

A second quipped: \u201cOf course. Trump\u2019s cell phone lock screen background image is a picture of himself.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot his wife, not his children, not his grandchildren\u2026 himself.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third chimed in with: \u201cTrump\u2019s lock screen was spotted on his phone last night – and it was a photo of himself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mind-blown, they added: \u201cIs that not one of the most narcissistic, self-absorbed things you\u2019ve ever seen??? Not his family, not his kids, but himself. Wtf\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

While another user claimed: \u201cLock screens tell a lot about a person.\u201d<\/p>\n

An\u00a0article<\/a>\u00a0by Medium looks at what different personality types apparently choose as their wallpaper, backing up claims that the choice can be \u2018narcissistic\u2019.<\/p>\n

However, it is also said to mean that you like to \u2018show off who you are\u2019, which makes sense for Trump.<\/p>\n

The article\u2019s author wrote: \u201cIt can be narcissistic, but it can be a form of self-love expression.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey usually take a photo of themselves and set that up in the background or on top of an abstract art image.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis personality is one that likes being able to be at home with themselves and not have too many distractions in life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other social media users didn’t seem to think there was an issue with Trump’s lock screen, as one penned: \u201cIs this a problem?\u201d<\/p>\n
