An influencer who spent seven days completely convinced that the moon had vanished has attended President Donald Trump\u2019s first \u2018new media\u2019 briefing.<\/p>\n

The administration announced last month that it would launch a news-style website that publishes positive coverage of\u00a0Trump<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Axios<\/em>, a White House official said that the site will be \u2018a place for supporters of the president\u2019s agenda to get the real news\u2019.<\/p>\n

The White House also held its first \u2018new media\u2019 briefing on Monday (April 28).<\/p>\n

While the media briefing usually only hosts credentialed journalists, Trump is shaking things up by inviting\u00a0social media<\/a>\u00a0influencers in.<\/p>\n

One particular influencer who was invited spent the last year convinced that the\u00a0moon<\/a>\u00a0has disappeared.<\/p>\n
