Amber Heard has taken to social media to announce the arrival of twins ‘into the Heard gang’.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier today (May 11) – aptly Mother’s Day – the\u00a0Aquaman\u00a0<\/em>star<\/a>\u00a0announced she’s welcomed twins.<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old is already\u00a0mom<\/a>\u00a0to Oonagh Paige – who she welcomed on April 8, 2021.<\/p>\n

In a post to her\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0she shared a photograph of the babies’ feet, alongside the caption: “Mother\u2019s Day 2025 will be one I\u2019ll never forget.<\/p>\n

“This year I am elated beyond words to celebrate the completion of the family I\u2019ve strived to build for years.<\/p>\n

“Today I officially share the news that I welcomed twins into the Heard gang.”<\/p>\n

The post continues: “My daughter Agnes and my son Ocean are keeping my hands (and my heart) full.<\/p>\n

“When I had my first baby girl Oonagh four years ago, my world changed forever. I thought I couldn\u2019t possibly burst with more joy. Well, now I am bursting times three!!!<\/p>\n

“Becoming a mother by myself and on my own terms despite my own fertility challenges has been the most humbling experience of my life. I am eternally grateful that I was able to choose this responsibly and thoughtfully.<\/p>\n

“To all the moms, wherever you are today and however you got here, my dream family and I are celebrating with you. Love always, A x.”<\/p>\n

The post follows a statement issued by the star’s spokesperson.<\/p>\n

Heard shared a photograph of the babies’ feet (Instagram\/ @amberheard)<\/cite><\/div>\n

The spokesperson\u00a0told<\/a>\u00a0People: “Amber is delighted to welcome the twins and complete her family.<\/p>\n

“Mama and babies are enjoying every minute. And Oonagh is happily running the show.”<\/p>\n

The latest additions to Heard’s family follow after she explained she would be having children ‘on [her] own terms’.<\/p>\n

During the announcement of her first child via surrogate in 2021, in a post to Instagram, the actor explained four years prior she ‘decided [she] wanted to have a child’.<\/p>\n

She continued: “I wanted to do it on my own terms. I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it\u2019s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib.<\/p>\n

“A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone\u2019s business. I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this.”<\/p>\n
