News<\/a>\u00a0reported that the former Philadelphia Eagles\u00a0lineman gave fans a glimpse of his physique\u00a0during the 2025 Truist Championship pro-am golf tournament. While at the May 7 event, Kelce took off his shirt, showcasing his 25-pound weight loss. In an Instagram video filmed at the event, uploaded on the PGA Tour\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DJaBmlYRUU_\/?img_index=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram<\/a>\u00a0account, Kelce confirmed that he&#8217;s down to 270 pounds from 295 pounds since his 2024 NFL retirement.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/parade.com\/.image\/t_share\/ODowMDAwMDAwMDAwNjc3NjE4\/truist-championship-2025---previews.jpg\" alt=\"Jason Kelce smiles at the Pro Am event.\" \/><\/p>\n<p>According to E! News, Kelce has been open about his fitness journey on his and his brother, Travis Kelce&#8217;s podcast, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lOWNnrnNIm4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>New Heights Podcast<\/em><\/a>. In a March 2025 episode of the podcast, Kelce said he&#8217;s competing with former Eagles player Beau Allen to see who can lose the most body fat while still gaining muscle in three months.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\"><\/div>\n<p>When his brother asked why he&#8217;s doing the fitness competition, he replied, &#8220;When you retire [from the NFL], you have to do stupid competitions for your sanity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kelce discussed his fitness journey during a February 2025 interview with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/fitness\/a63702805\/jason-kelce-super-bowl-lix-retirement-workout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Men&#8217;s Health<\/a>. He said he would like &#8220;to get down to 262, 250 [pounds] here in the next few months.&#8221; In addition, he said he is aware of his calorie intake and enjoys lifting weights.<\/p>\n<div class=\"autors-widget\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>&#8220;I love lifting heavy weights, so I still do that. I still squat heavy, I still bench heavy, and actually kind of tweaked my back early in my retirement deadlifting too much,&#8221; said Kelce to the publication. &#8220;But I don\u2019t know\u2014it\u2019s hard to stop lifting a certain way, and I know that I need to get more joint-friendly. I haven\u2019t made that jump quite yet. Joint health in general, I\u2019m on borrowed time on all my joints and that\u2019s just the way it is for anyone who plays that long in the NFL.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\"><\/div>\n<p>Kelce welcomed his fourth child, Finn, with his wife, Kylie Kelce, in March 2025. Kylie introduced the newest member of their family in an April 2025\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DH7Ky6uu1Mr\/?img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instagram<\/a>\u00a0upload. The image showed Finn wrapped up in a blanket with a bow on her head.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Whoop, there she is!
