Prince Harry<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and\u00a0Meghan Markle<\/a><\/span>\u00a0have hired Bill Gates’s former assistant and an ex PA to a famous snowboarder as their new advisers.<\/p>\n

Sarah Fosmo, 45, has been appointed as Meghan’s most senior adviser as she makes another attempt to relaunch her career.<\/p>\n

The former employee of\u00a0Bill Gates<\/a><\/span>\u00a0will oversee a ‘dynamic period of growth’ for the Duchess as she launches her\u00a0Netflix<\/a><\/span>\u00a0lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, her As Ever product line and her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder.<\/p>\n

Prince Harry also hired a new adviser\u00a0Lianne Cashin who was previously the executive assistant to his former chief of staff Josh Kettler.<\/p>\n

The Duke does not currently have a chief of staff after Mr Kettler failed to make it through the trial period.<\/p>\n

Harry and Meghan have built somewhat of a reputation for their inability to hire and keep the right staff since they moved across the pond.<\/p>\n

The pair hope the ‘exceptional’ new additions will be able to guide them as they take on ‘ambitious ventures’.<\/p>\n

Ms Fosmo described herself as ‘an accomplished professional with an extensive, long-tenured career managing complex, high-stakes operations for ultra-high net worth individuals’.<\/p>\n

Adding she is ‘adept at navigating high-pressure environments, while maintaining a warm, approachable presence and representing principals with poise and professionalism’.<\/p>\n

She previously spent six years working at Gates Ventures – Bill Gates’s private office – in executive administration.<\/p>\n

Before that, she worked for the American motivational speaker Tony Robbins as a senior executive assistant for seven years.<\/p>\n

Ms Fosmo once described Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey as two of her ‘favourite people’.<\/p>\n

Harry’s new hire Ms Cashin has worked her way up through the Archewell ranks since joining just after its launch.<\/p>\n

It’s understood she was an executive assistant at the Sussex’s production company before working as head of operations for almost four years until being promoted to Prince Harry’s right-hand woman in his private office.<\/p>\n

Ms Cashin keeps a low public profile but is thought to be single and in her early 50s.<\/p>\n

She was once the personal assistant of Shaun White, a professional snowboarder, and is thought to have been involved with\u00a0Harry’s polo team Los Padres.<\/p>\n

The American will guide Harry through the next stage of his life following his Netflix documentaries, sensational television interviews and confessional memoir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
