Swifties have the opportunity to purchase one of\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/a>\u2019s former homes for a cool $14.5 million. The \u201cEnchanted\u201d singer previously owned the\u00a0Cape Cod, Mass., mansion<\/a>, which is located near the famous Kennedy compound, between 2012 and 2013, and now the property is once again for sale.<\/p>\n

The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has significantly gone up in price since Swift owned it. The pop star paid $5 million for the mansion in 2012. She lived on the property amid her romance with\u00a0Conor Kennedy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Swift and Kennedy\u2019s\u00a0brief romance ended in the fall of 2012<\/a>\u00a0and she sold the property for $5.675 million the following spring.<\/p>\n

The property is just over 5,000 square feet on a 1.11 acre lot and looks out over the Nantucket Sound. It boasts three garages and a heated in-ground pool and firepit area.<\/p>\n

Views of the water are visible from the many large glass windows and doors on the back half of the property. The pool and nearby cabana also give occupants the ocean backdrop.<\/p>\n

The home, which was originally built in 1928, is perched atop a rocky bluff with private access to 200+ ft. of beach below.<\/p>\n

The kitchen and dining area with a 12-person dining table both provide lots of natural light and the breeze off the sound to give the future owner that coastal grandma lifestyle.<\/p>\n

While it\u2019s unclear whether the current decorating, which was done by interior designer Heather Wells, would be Swift\u2019s \u201cstyle,\u201d the property is being offered fully furnished. BYOC (bring your own cardigan).<\/p>\n
