The\u00a0Today<\/em>\u00a0show family is continuing to support\u00a0Sheinelle Jones<\/a>\u00a0amid her absence.<\/p>\n Jones, 47, hasn’t appeared on the morning show since December and revealed in January that\u00a0she’s been taking time away to deal with a “family health matter<\/a>,” but\u00a0Carson Daly<\/a>\u00a0said her co-hosts still “talk about her probably every day.”<\/p>\n “I don’t know anything about when or timeline [for her return], but we always think about her,” Daly, 51, told\u00a0Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n “We’re wishing her well and she’s spending much-needed time with her family and that’ll just take its course. And there’s so much love going out to her.”<\/p>\n Dylan Dreyer<\/a>\u00a0echoed what Daly said, as she told the outlet, “We chat with her often. A week doesn’t go by where we’re not checking in, seeing how she’s doing.”<\/p>\n “We pray for her all the time, we can’t wait for her to come back, so we’re just waiting for that day to come,” Dreyer, 43, said.<\/p>\n Both\u00a0Al Roker<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Jenna Bush Hager<\/a>\u00a0also offered their thoughts on Jones’ absence.<\/p>\n “The fact of the matter is, we’re so grateful to all the fans and viewers who’ve been praying for her and praying for her family and [she’s] just taking it one day at a time,” Roker, 70, said.<\/p>\n Bush Hager, 43, added, “The\u00a0Today<\/em>\u00a0show is a family and we take care of each other, we love each other.”<\/p>\n In January, Jones broke her silence about her absence from the show in a\u00a0statement<\/a>\u00a0on Instagram, as she wrote, “I sincerely appreciate all of you who have reached out while I\u2019ve been absent from the show. I want to share with you that I\u2019m taking time to deal with a family health matter.”<\/p>\n “It\u2019s not lost on me how lucky I am to have not on the support of my\u00a0Today<\/em>\u00a0show family, but to also have all of you. Your kindness means so much to me. I\u2019ll see you soon,” she continued.<\/p>\n A source close to Jones later\u00a0told PEOPLE that her family situation is “serious<\/a>,” but confirmed that the health matter does not pertain to her or her three kids \u2014\u00a014-year-old Kayin and 12-year-old twins, Clara and Uche<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 who she shares with\u00a0her husband Uche Ojeh<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Sheinelle appreciates the support she\u2019s received from fans and viewers in her absence,” the source said. “She\u2019s especially grateful for her tight-knit Today show family and co-hosts, for all their love during a sensitive time.”<\/p>\n![\"TODAY](\"https:\/\/people.com\/thmb\/TJkrzv5bkOVm5PgFgcU6HFaS138=\/4000x0\/filters:no_upscale():max_bytes(150000):strip_icc():focal(749x0:751x2):format(webp)\/Dylan-Dreyer-today-0523-d2db16fc48f44ad697abc3177fc2d1c2.jpg\")
