Former\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0center\u00a0Jason Kelce<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0revealed his\u00a0weight loss<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0approach after retiring from the NFL.<\/p>\n

After 13 seasons in the league, Kelce called it a career in March, a month after his brother Travis won the\u00a0Super Bowl<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the\u00a0Kansas<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0City Chiefs.<\/p>\n

While admitting he’s indulged in sweets recently, the soon-to-be NFL analyst shared how he got losing weight down to a science without following an overly-strict diet.<\/p>\n

‘If feel good, the kids and I, and my wife Kylie, have been down the shore,’ Kelce told Access Hollywood at the 35th Annual American Century Championship. ‘So I’ve been eating a lot of ice cream and starting to go the opposite route again.’<\/p>\n

‘But I’m still down, I’m probably [at the] low 280’s right now. My whole thing is calories in, calories out. I don’t overcomplicate it. I don’t get too extreme with diets in general.’<\/p>\n
