A lip reader has given their take on the ‘five-word warning\u2019 Donald Trump gave to Emmanuel Macron yesterday (26 April) at the pope’s funeral.<\/p>\n

The leaders crossed paths as foreign delegates,\u00a0royals<\/a>\u00a0and mourners filled the Vatican for\u00a0Pope Francis<\/a>\u2019 funeral.<\/p>\n

And just before the proceedings began,\u00a0Trump<\/a>\u00a0met with\u00a0Ukrainian<\/a>\u00a0president\u00a0Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/a>, marking the first time they\u2019ve been face-to-face since their tense meeting at the White House in February.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0impromptu meet<\/a>\u00a0took place inside the St Peters Basilica but just beforehand, they were spotted with\u00a0Sir Keir Starmer<\/a>\u00a0and France\u2019s Macron.<\/p>\n

Images showed the French president embracing the Ukrainian before the\u00a0US<\/a>\u00a0leader pulled him aside.<\/p>\n

According to professional lip reader Nicola Hickling, he gave Macron a particularly frosty warning. She analysed the interaction\u00a0for<\/a>\u00a0The Sun as she noted how Trump reached his hands out to both of them.<\/p>\n

“He says to Macron ‘you are not in the right here, I need you to do me a favour, you should not be here\u2019,\u201d Hickling claims.<\/p>\n

“Zelenskyy nods in agreement and the vicar who is in front of the camera turns his head to the side looking worried at what he has heard between them.”<\/p>\n

She also went through footage from what has been described as a \u2018mini peace summit\u2019 between the Ukrainian and American leaders.<\/p>\n

Apparently, Zelenskyy said: \u201cI would like you to do that, but no this way.”<\/p>\n

And Hickling claims Trump replied: “It’s a very interesting strategy. You have reassurance.”<\/p>\n

A White House official\u00a0told<\/a>\u00a0Sky News the pair had a ‘very productive discussion’ during the brief sit down and reportedly agreed to hold further talks following the funeral.<\/p>\n

And the Ukrainian later wrote on Twitter that the pair had shared a \u2018good meeting\u2019.<\/p>\n

“We discussed a lot one on one. Hoping for results on everything we covered. Protecting lives of our people,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

“Full and unconditional ceasefire. Reliable and lasting peace that will prevent another war from breaking out.<\/p>\n

“Very symbolic meeting that has potential to become historic, if we achieve joint results. Thank you @POTUS.”<\/p>\n

Zelenskyy\u2019s spokesperson, Serhii Nykyforov, said the meeting with Trump lasted around 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

Trump previously accused the Ukrainian leader of \u2018gambling with World War 3\u2019 as he ended up leaving the White House early after their heated discussion which was live in front of press.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile yesterday, the American was slammed for\u00a0showing \u2018no respect\u2019\u00a0<\/a>as he was accused of breaking \u2018dress code\u2019 and using his phone at the funeral.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
