Kate Cassidy has spoken out about her last conversation with her late boyfriend Liam Payne, just days before his death.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 31-year-old One Direction star died on October 16, 2024,\u00a0after falling from a third floor balcony<\/a>\u00a0at the CasaSur hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.<\/p>\n

Payne had been in the Argentinian capital as he attended the concert of his former bandmate Niall Horan, and was witnessed dancing at the gig, accompanied by Cassidy.<\/p>\n

However, the 26-year-old returned to the\u00a0US<\/a>\u00a0alone two days before his death, while\u00a0police<\/a>\u00a0confirmed in the aftermath of the incident that they were called to the hotel over reports of an ‘aggressive man who could be under the effects of\u00a0drugs<\/a>\u00a0and alcohol’.<\/p>\n

Now, while appearing as a guest on the Jay Shetty’s\u00a0podcast<\/a>\u00a0On Purpose with Jay Shetty,\u00a0<\/em>she has detailed their last in-person conversation they had together, which she had described as both ‘chilling’ and ‘beautiful’.<\/p>\n

Cassidy and Payne were with each other for two years before the former One Direction singer’s death (Instagram\/kateecass)<\/cite><\/div>\n

“On the last day in Argentina my car was in the driveway and we went back into the guest house grabbed my suitcase and we were sitting on the couch and I just kept going on, and on, and on about how much I love him and how much he means to me, and how much I’m going to miss him and that I can’t wait for him to already be back in Florida,” she shared.<\/p>\n

“Because we were starting this new chapter of our\u00a0life<\/a>\u00a0– we just bought a new house, we just got a dog, we just moved to America as well. I mean I was living in England with him for two years, we just moved to my country – it was just all these new beginnings and it was in just such a positive light.<\/p>\n

“So I remember sitting there with him and I was going on, and on, and on, and saying to Liam how much I love him.”<\/p>\n
