Gabby Petito’s mom has revealed the last time she interacted with Brian Laundrie\u2019s parents after speculating over his death.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The story of Petito\u2019s death is a tragedy that we have seen time and time again.<\/p>\n

A young person, full of life, in love and striving for their future was snuffed out again by their significant other.<\/p>\n

The thing that hit many in Petito\u2019s case is that she appeared to be a girl with a zest for life, who was actively\u00a0vlogging<\/a>\u00a0her entire life, and appeared to have an ideal\u00a0relationship<\/a>\u00a0with her fianc\u00e9, Laundrie.<\/p>\n

So, when she went missing after the pair set off on a\u00a0cross-country trip<\/a>\u00a0of a\u00a0lifetime<\/a>\u00a0in July 2021, people were puzzled.<\/p>\n

The couple lived out of her Ford Transit van they converted into a camper and regularly posted their relationship on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While they looked so in love on the outside, it would only be weeks later that they would become the center of a\u00a0criminal<\/a>\u00a0investigation.<\/p>\n

As police would soon find out, Petito\u2019s fianc\u00e9 is likely to have murdered her, before it is believed that he took his own life as the search for her body was underway.<\/p>\n

An autopsy later found that she was killed by ‘blunt-force injuries’ to her head and neck and ‘manual strangulation’ on either August 27 or 28, 2021.<\/p>\n

Laundrie died on September 21 and a month later his remains were discovered, with medical examiners stating that died from a gunshot wound to the head.<\/p>\n

Nichole Schmidt, Petito\u2019s mom has been a vocal advocate for her daughter\u2019s life, as has her family.<\/p>\n

Now, she has opened up about the last interaction she had with Laundrie\u2019s parents (Christopher and Roberta) amid her speculation that one of them murdered their own son.<\/p>\n

While appearing as a guest on the\u00a0The Squeeze<\/em>\u00a0podcast<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0Twilight<\/em>\u00a0actor Taylor Lautner and his wife, Taylor Dome, she was asked about the last time she spoke to Laundrie\u2019s family.<\/p>\n

She shared that she last interacted with the married couple \u2018when they came to my house in New York to pick up Gabby’s things to bring down to Florida with them\u2019, however, she also thinks they \u2018texted a couple times\u2019 and they were also Facebook friends too.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI thought they were just quiet people and I’m okay with that- you don’t have to be my best friend- but, yeah, I never actually spoke to them after that until we saw them when they did the depositions for our lawsuit.\u201d<\/p>\n
