Anne Hathaway stepped out at a Ralph Lauren fashion show earlier this week (17 April), and fans can’t help but all notice the same thing about her appearance.<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old actress made her most recent public appearance in\u00a0New York<\/a>\u00a0yesterday, as she wore a beige trench coat and sequin-embellished jeans for a\u00a0fashion<\/a>\u00a0show, as she sat on the front row alongside Naomi Watts and\u00a0Michelle Williams<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But many people on\u00a0social media<\/a>\u00a0couldn’t help but talk about the star’s appearance.<\/p>\n

A clip of her arriving to the event which is circulating on X, prompted many to share their opinions.<\/p>\n

Fans noted that Hathaway looks potentially younger now than she did in some of the earlier films she starred in.<\/p>\n

In the early 2000s, she starred in\u00a0films<\/a>\u00a0such as\u00a0Passengers<\/em>,\u00a0A New Princess<\/em>, and\u00a0Ella Enchanted<\/em>.<\/p>\n

But users couldn’t believe how\u00a0youthful<\/a>\u00a0her skin looks, and didn’t hold back with the compliments.<\/p>\n

One person jokingly compared Hathaway to ‘that mysteriously wealthy aunt who appears once a year, draped in designer, smelling like expensive candles, and handing out crisp $20 bills like she\u2019s a fairy godmother’.<\/p>\n

One user on X wrote: “This woman never ages,” as another agreed, adding: “Anne Hathaway is going to be 80 years old, with the same face and just beautiful silver hair. She ages unbelievably.”<\/p>\n

Hathaway rose to fame following her starring role in The Princess Diaries in the early 2000s (Disney)<\/cite><\/div>\n

And a third noted that her ‘face card is lethal’.<\/p>\n

One branded her as ‘the finest woman in the world, can\u2019t believe she\u2019s in her 40s’.<\/p>\n

But the star has previously spoken out against people’s obsession with the way she is ageing, noting that ‘ageing is just another word for living’, in her opinion.<\/p>\n

Speaking to PEOPLE, the mum-of-two said: “Aging is just another word for living. And what you do with it from there is personal and up to you. I feel great – I feel better than I did in my twenties because I’m taking much better care of myself.”<\/p>\n

She has also spoken about\u00a0leaving alcohol in her thirties<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hathaway added: “In my 30s, I had to give up alcohol. I couldn’t do it anymore. I couldn’t lead the life that I wanted while drinking. And in my 40s I’m finding I have to support myself differently nutritionally.”<\/p>\n

One user, commenting on her youthful looks, said: “She\u2019s aging gracefully. She\u2019s even more beautiful now.”<\/p>\n
