You\u2019re lucky you lasted 46 secs\ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude2d\ud83d\ude2d,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0someone else wrote.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-many-fans-also-defended-angela-carini\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Many Fans Also Defended Angela Carini<\/h2>\n<p>Other users came to Angela Carini\u2019s defense, pointing out that she must have been working on explosiveness as opposed to strength.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI\u2019m sure this has to be some type of specific training or rehab she\u2019s doing,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>one wondered.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cit helps train the speed, if you work on exploding the weight and controlling the pullback it works out the fast twitch muscle fibers,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0a fan remarked.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSport specific training. Clearly something you know nothing about.
