The pair have called for a ‘coalition of the willing’ that\u00a0could<\/em>\u00a0see\u00a0NATO<\/a>\u00a0deploy 10,000 troops alongside a fleet of ‘minehunter’ ships to Ukraine. A vexed Medvedev wrote: “Macron and Starmer are playing dumb.
