President\u00a0Donald Trump<\/a>\u00a0appeared to be taken by surprise when he was hit in the face with a microphone during a recent press conference.<\/p>\n

The blunder occurred while Trump, 78, was speaking with reporters at Joint Base Andrews military facility in Maryland after giving a\u00a0speech at the Department of Justice<\/a>\u00a0in Washington, D.C., on Friday, March 14.<\/p>\n

In a video of the moment captured by\u00a0News.com.au<\/a>, Trump can be seen being asked a question by a reporter when a boom microphone suddenly appears in view from below and hits him in the mouth.<\/p>\n

Trump then tilts his head back in reaction and glares at the person holding the microphone off-camera. \u201cI\u2019m so sorry,” the woman can be heard saying, before Trump raises his eyebrows without uttering a reply.<\/p>\n

As the reporter then proceeds to ask him about the situation in Gaza, Trump responds, “She just made television tonight.”<\/p>\n
