The White House has offered an explanation amid concerns over the health of President Donald Trump following the discovery of a strange, brown bruise on his right hand.<\/p>\n

Trump met with French President\u00a0Emmanuel Macron<\/a>\u00a0earlier this week, and folks would notice that his right hand was badly discolored.<\/p>\n

The observation sparked much speculation online, with many asking questions and others simply concerned for the President\u2019s well-being.<\/p>\n

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt has since explained the bruising spotted on Trump\u2019s hands, claiming it\u2019s due to the number of hands he shakes every day.<\/p>\n

\u201cPresident Trump is a man of the people and he meets more Americans and shakes their hands on a daily basis than any other president in history,\u201d Leavitt said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis commitment is unwavering and he proves that every single day.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u201cPresident Trump has bruises on his hand because he\u2019s constantly working and shaking hands all day every day,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>she added in a follow-up statement.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s safe to say that Americans are not buying her explanation. Plenty of them have accused the press secretary of lying about the reason behind the bruise as they believe it\u2019s the result of frequent IV punctures.\u201cWhy even lie? It\u2019s obviously an IV bruise for blood testing or something.
