Technically, a president doesn\u2019t sign a budget resolution but the Senate will have input and Trump holds significant sway.<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/span>\u201cThe House has a bill and the Senate has a bill, and I\u2019m looking at them both, and I\u2019ll make decisions,\u201d Trump told reporters Tuesday, despite personally calling House reps to whip up support.<\/p>\n
