The feds have ID\u2019d the cyberpunk who broadcast an AI-powered video of President Trump\u00a0kissing the feet of Elon Musk\u00a0<\/a>on public TVs at HUD on Monday and are threatening to take legal action against them.<\/p>\n

Officials at the Department of Housing and Urban Development said the individual has been identified, although they didn\u2019t name them or reveal how the hacker managed to infiltrate the government television system in the cafeteria at the agency\u2019s headquarters.<\/p>\n

The troubling rogue video was broadcast across HUD televisions at the department\u2019s headquarters Monday.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u201cYesterday, an individual was escorted off the property,\u201d a HUD rep told The Post on Tuesday. \u201cLegal ramifications are being explored. Additionally, termination or suspension of certain services are being explored as it relates to the department.\u201d<\/p>\n

Workers at HUD were caught off guard when the disturbing rogue video was broadcast at department headquarters with the message: \u201cLONG LIVE THE REAL KING.\u201d<\/p>\n

HUD officials later regained control of the television system and began using it to tout Trump\u2019s achievements thus far in his second term.<\/p>\n

Footage of the repulsive video was first shared on social media by Vox reporter Rachel Cohen, who acquired it from a source.<\/p>\n

Musk, the billionaire Tesla and Space X tech titan, has leveraged his position as an adviser to Trump to pursue cuts across the government through his Department of Government Efficiency team. This has enraged some government workers and sparked protests.<\/p>\n

HUD has been a top target for DOGE,\u00a0which claimed earlier this month<\/a>\u00a0to have recovered $1.9 billion from the department, which it alleged was \u201cmisplaced during the Biden administration.\u201d<\/p>\n

The world\u2019s richest man has also put pressure on federal workers to increase their productivity.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, for example, Musk directed the Office of Personnel and Management to blast out an email to government workers demanding they produce a five-point list of their accomplishments from last week.<\/p>\n

He had given them a deadline of midnight Monday into Tuesday to cough up the list, but OPM later clarified to human-resource departments across the government that the request was not mandatory.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere was a lot of genius in sending it,\u201d Trump told reporters Monday. \u201cWe\u2019re trying to find out if people are working, and so we\u2019re sending a letter to people, \u2018Please tell us what you did last week.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cIf people don\u2019t respond, it\u2019s very possible that there is no such person or they\u2019re not working.\u201d<\/p>\n

For weeks, liberal critics have attempted to pit Trump and Musk against one another by exploiting the two men\u2019s egos.<\/p>\n

\u201cElon called me and said, \u2018They\u2019re trying to drive us apart,’\u201d Trump reflected to Fox News\u2019 Sean Hannity in an interview that aired last week. \u201cThey said, \u2018Donald Trump has ceded control of the presidency to Elon Musk.\u2019<\/p>\n
