The players are not allowed to move until the ball is received, which, in theory, will allow for more \u2018Dynamic\u2019 kick returns.<\/p>\n<p>Reactions to the video posted on the NFL X page, taken from the Hall of Fame game played between the Bears and the Texans, are mixed. Some fans love the new format, while others hate it.
