Whitehead is facing two counts of aiding an underage purchase of alcohol, and Rathbone has been hit with one count of the same charge.<\/p>\n<p>Records show that Whitehead and Rathbone supplied the juveniles with alcohol and hosted an underage house party. They are also said to have held a female juvenile up while she performed a keg stand.\u00a0<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Samantha Jones, the mother of Layne Jones, expressed relief at having found a measure of closure.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAfter six months of not really knowing and not understanding really what happened, it kind of comes as a little bit of a relief to get some kind of answers,\u201d she told WLOS. \u201cIt\u2019s very appalling that adults would give children alcohol[\u2026] It\u2019s very devastating.
