Daglas joined ESPN The Magazine in 2014 and became the company\u2019s first-ever\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/mlb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MLB<\/a>\u00a0deputy editor just two years later.
