Kid Rock made a surprise appearance at JBJ\u2019s Nashville over the weekend and is now likely thinking he probably shouldn\u2019t have bothered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He headed down to the venue owned by Jon Bon Jovi on February 8 for a birthday celebration in honor of his band\u2019s keyboardist David Bryan.<\/p>\n

Bryan seemed to enjoy his birthday all the same, taking to\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0to share a video of him in the middle of a solo.<\/p>\n

He captioned the video: \u201cTHANK YOU FOR THE BIRTHDAY WISHES! Rocking at @jbjsnash last night with @bigkennytv!\u201d<\/p>\n

With that said, Rock walking off probably didn\u2019t help the festivities.<\/p>\n

After arriving on stage, there were cheers from the crowd and he and the other\u00a0musicians<\/a>\u00a0on stage did a rendition of Creedence Clearwater Revival\u2019s 1969 hit ‘Proud Mary’.<\/p>\n

About a minute into the song, Rock began to clap his hands and encouraged the crowd to do the same. However, not enough people seemed to be joining in, much to Rock\u2019s frustration.<\/p>\n

In a video of the performance, he can be heard saying: \u201cno f*** that, f*** them.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then ushered the performers to stop and added: \u201cIf you ain’t gonna clap we ain’t gonna sing, that is how this is going to work.\u201d<\/p>\n
