Haliey Welch AKA<\/strong>\u00a0‘Hawk Tuah girl’ has opened up for the first time since her social media break, revealing what her boyfriend said to her after he lost a small fortune in her crypto cash.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unless you were living under a rock last year, you’ll known\u00a0Haliey Welch<\/a>\u00a0went\u00a0viral<\/a>\u00a0for the\u00a0\u2018hawk tuah\u2019 and \u2018spit on that thang\u2019 video.<\/a><\/p>\n

Yep, that one.<\/p>\n

But in recent weeks, Welch has flown off the radar after becoming embroiled in a bit of a cryptocurrency scandal.<\/p>\n

While the initial video made Welch viral and allowed her to quit her job and start up the podcast,\u00a0Talk Tuah with Haliey Welch<\/em>, she’s not been heard of much since.<\/p>\n

Towards the back end of 2024, the capitalisation on her success saw her branching out into\u00a0crypto<\/a>\u00a0with the coin named ‘$HAWK token’.<\/p>\n

It rocketed to a value of $490 million, but plummeted extremely quickly as CoinTelegraph reported it had flopped by more than 90 percent.<\/p>\n

Effectively, those who had invested in the heavily promoted token collectively lost millions.<\/p>\n

While Welch was not named as a defendant on subsequent lawsuits, she has received a lot of criticism online in recent weeks and months.<\/p>\n

But the viral star is now back with\u00a0Talk Tuah<\/em>, as an episode with FaZe Clan\u2019s founder Banks has been \u2018leaked\u2019 on Twitter.<\/p>\n

In the podcast, Welch was asked about her boyfriend Kelby Blackwell, who is known by the nickname Pookie by many online.<\/p>\n

“Pookie lost money too,” Welch began.<\/p>\n
