I think this stubbornness is what served me so well in my playing career. So today, I make my official announcement to retire from the NFL.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Lubbock, Texas, native was drafted in the sixth round (193rd overall) by the Packers in 2007. He holds the record for most consecutive postseason field goals made at 20, a streak that spanned from 2011 to 2015.<\/p>\n<p>The Packers moved on from Mason Crosby after the 2022 season. He appeared in three games for the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/new-york-giants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Giants<\/a>\u00a0in 2023 but wasn\u2019t re-signed after going 5-of-7 on FG attempts.<\/p>\n<p>All the best to Crosby in his post-playing future after a marvelous run with one of the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NFL<\/a>\u2019s most storied franchises.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-mason-crosby-was-money-for-the-packers\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mason Crosby Was Money For The Packers<\/h2>\n<p>Many kickers\u2019 legacies are made or broken by performances in the postseason.
