She is said to have struck the player\u2019s Dodge Charger with her Infiniti Q50 while trying to change lanes at high speed, forcing it off the road and into nearby trees.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson was in the front passenger seat. He and the driver, Isaiah Hazel, were pronounced dead on the scene, while another passenger, Anthony Lytton Jr., died in the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>State Attorney Aisha Braveboy announced that Clingman was indicted on charges of grossly negligent and criminally negligent vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence.
