Tom Brady is reportedly considering selling his waterfront estate on Florida\u2019s ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island, where property values have skyrocketed since Amazon titan Jeff Bezos joined the enclave.<\/p>\n

Sources told\u00a0Bloomberg\u00a0<\/a>the former NFL star\u2019s newly completed mansion is being privately shown to a handful of prospective buyers, with bids already exceeding $150 million.<\/p>\n

If it sells for even that sum, it would break a home-sale record for Miami, most recently set in 2022\u00a0when Ken Griffin purchased<\/a>\u00a0a sprawling Coconut Grove compound in 2022 for some $107 million.<\/p>\n

Brady\u2019s 2-acre estate, which he built from scratch after purchasing the lot for $17 million in 2020 with ex-wife and supermodel, Gisele B\u00fcndchen, features a two-story waterfront home, a separate gym and a cabana.<\/p>\n
