I\u2019m just holding my breath, and I have my little piece of paper right there ready, calculating everything, so I can\u2019t wait.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Biles ultimately struck gold, which made her the most decorated gymnast in United States history.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-jonathan-owens-still-trying-to-recover-from-comments-about-simone-biles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jonathan Owens Still Trying To Recover From Comments About Simone Biles<\/h2>\n<p>Jonathan Owens faced significant backlash for his comments during an appearance on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/ThePivotPodcast\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Pivot Podcast<\/a>,\u201d where he called himself the \u201ccatch\u201d in his relationship with Simone Biles.<\/p>\n<p>He also claimed he had never heard of her when they initially met online.<\/p>\n<p>Biles and Owens, who tied the knot in 2023, remained united in the wake of the controversial interview, even though a ton of fans refuse to let him forget what he said.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Biles made it clear earlier this year that she won\u2019t tolerate negative comments about her husband.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cI\u2019m going to quickly address this, the joke was never a joke!\u201d the 27-year-old Biles wrote in a note on her Instagram Story Sunday. \u201cY\u2019all are blatantly being disrespectful to my relationship &amp; my husband.
