A former coworker destroyed\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>\u00a0fan Ryan Caldwell, who was filmed verbally abusing\u00a0Green Bay Packers<\/a>\u00a0supporter Ally Keller during Sunday\u2019s Wild Card Round playoff game.<\/p>\n Keller attended the game at Lincoln Financial Field with her fianc\u00e9, Packers fan and content creator Alexander Basara. At one point of the game, Basara filmed Ryan Caldwell harassing Keller and using derogatory towards her.<\/p>\n The Eagles later announced that Caldwell has received a lifetime ban from Lincoln Financial Field. Additionally, Caldwell was fired from his job as a project manager for the BCT Partners consulting firm.<\/p>\n Two of Ryan Caldwell\u2019s former coworkers, Lawrence Hibbert and Dr. Randal Pinkett, spoke to TMZ Sports. Hibbert and Pinkett, who co-founded BCT Partners,\u00a0emphasized\u00a0<\/a>that their investigation was \u201ca deliberative process\u2026an expeditious process\u2026a fair process.\u201d<\/p>\n Here\u2019s what Pinkett said on the matter:<\/p>\n \u201cI can\u2019t say enough about how abhorrent the behavior that we observed was and how upset I was in seeing someone who was at the time associated with our company displaying that kind of behavior\u2026<\/p>\n We believe there\u2019s a middle ground that we can recover from mistakes, we can learn and we can grow. We believe that Mr. Caldwell can learn and grow, but we believe that our society can also learn and grow.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n And here are Hibbert\u2019s comments on the incident:<\/p>\n \u201cIt hurts (the backlash the company received). But we also believe that we can stand on our track record, and we wanted to take these opportunities to affirm the fact that we can still, even in the difficult times, we\u2019re going to operate on our value system, doing what we believe is right.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
