The\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>\u00a0fan who has gained notoriety for his bad behavior and foul-mouthed rant aimed at a\u00a0Green Bay Packers<\/a>\u00a0fan is really wishing he was on his best behavior that day.<\/p>\n Alex Basara and his fianc\u00e9e, Ally Keller, just wanted to watch Sunday\u2019s wild-card showdown between Philadelphia and Green Bay. Unfortunately, one opposing fan wasn\u2019t having it.<\/p>\n The fan, who was identified as Ryan Caldwell, was seen in the viral video getting into the face of a female Green Bay Packers fan and calling her a \u201cdumb c\u2014\u201d while her fianc\u00e9 recorded the situation.<\/p>\n Social media found him and the place where he works.<\/p>\n BCT Partners, which is based in East Brunswick, N.J., announced that Caldwell was being fired in a statement Tuesday night. The company said it had concluded its internal investigation and \u201cdecided to part company with the employee.\u201d<\/p>\n They did not state him by his name in the statement, but it is obvious they were talking about the Eagles fan.<\/p>\n BCT Partners condemned Caldwell\u2019s actions \u201cwithout condemning the individual.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIn keeping with our company values, which are firmly centered on respect, dignity, and inclusion, we have decided to part company with the employee. This separation is effective immediately,\u201d the statement from the company read. \u201cWe condemn our former employee\u2019s conduct in the strongest possible terms. This individual\u2019s conduct and language were vile, disgusting, unacceptable, and horrific and have no place in our workplace and society. Such conduct is not who we are and not what we stand for.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n \u201cAt the same time, again, to be true to our values, we can condemn the actions without condemning the individual. None of us deserve to be remembered for actions taken on our worst day.
