Now, it seems the Eagles fan\u2019s employer is involved after the woman\u2019s fianc\u00e9 posted the footage on X, and called on his social media community to help identify the man.<\/p>\n BCT Partners \u2014 a DEI-focused management consulting firm based in East Brunswick, N.J. that aims \u201cto harness the power of diversity, insights, and innovation to transform lives, accelerate equity, and create lasting change,\u201d according to its website \u2014 released a statement on Monday and said it opened an internal investigation into the matter.<\/p>\n According to internet sleuths, the fan is a project manager with the company.<\/p>\n \u201cThe management at BCT Partners has been made aware of a video circulating involving an employee making offensive remarks outside of the workplace,\u201d\u00a0the company said<\/a>, without naming the employee. \u201cBCT Partners denounces this type of behavior, and we take this matter extremely seriously. As an organization that has always stood for inclusivity, the conduct displayed was completely unacceptable and stands in direct opposition to our company values.<\/p>\n \u201cWe have already begun a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.\u201d<\/p>\n His LinkedIn page no longer exists and his social media accounts have been deleted.<\/p>\n The Eagles organization is aware of the situation and will take action against the heckler,\u00a0according to a local report.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cBig Dom has identified the guy and woman involved in this incident,\u201d Derrick Gunn, an Eagles podcaster, reported, referring to Dom DiSandro, the senior advisor to the general manager\/chief security officer\/gameday coaching operations for the Eagles.<\/p>\n \u201c.. The guy will be banned from future Eagles games .. the Eagles will be sending the woman Packers gear as an apology ..
