A seventh-round pick by the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/nfl\/cleveland-browns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cleveland Browns<\/a>\u00a0in 2017, he discussed it with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.charlotteobserver.com\/sports\/spt-columns-blogs\/scott-fowler\/article255010217.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Charlotte Observer<\/a>\u00a0in 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt affected me a lot more as a young kid. \u2026 It\u2019s just little thoughts, little funny habits that I do,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0he said.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that he\u2019s learned to live with the disorder, but it\u2019s left him with some habits.<\/p>\n<div id=\"incontent-ad-3\" class=\"pw-incontent\" data-label=\"Advertisement\"><\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cI\u2019ve done a lot of research on it,\u201d he added. \u201cSpecifically, sometimes I rinse my hands before kicks. \u2026 And I was kind of curious about that. But that\u2019s one of the most common things that people with OCD do. It instantly makes you just feel relieved. I don\u2019t know why, if it\u2019s just a placebo effect. It\u2019s not something I love having. But it just is what it is, and I\u2019ve learned to deal with it.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It was rumored that Gonzalez\u2019s openness with OCD may have caused him to slip down in the\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/tag\/nfl-draft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NFL Draft<\/a>.
