AJ Brown was spotted reading a book on the bench amid his own quiet game against the\u00a0Green Bay Packers<\/a>.<\/p>\n The\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>\u00a0wide receiver didn\u2019t have much to do on the field during Sunday\u2019s 22-10 win over the Packers, so he decided to take up some reading instead.<\/p>\n Fox cameras showed Brown reading a book on the sideline as the Eagles made their way toward victory.<\/p>\n Brown \u2013 who finished the game with just one catch for 10 yards \u2013 explained the situation postgame after being asked about it by reporters.<\/p>\n AJ Brown stated he brings the same inspirational book to every game, it just took until the Wild card round for him to get caught.<\/p>\n \u201cIt gives me a sense of peace,\u201d Brown said about reading during games, according to NFL Network\u2019s\u00a0Stacey Dales<\/a>. \u201cThat\u2019s the book that I bring in every single game. My teammates call it the recipe. That\u2019s the first time I heard y\u2019all got me on camera, but it\u2019s not the first game. It\u2019s got a lot of points in there, it\u2019s a lot of mental game, a lot of mental parts about it.
