Where does\u00a0Joy Taylor<\/a>\u00a0go from here?<\/p>\n Over the weekend, a former Fox Sports employee filed a 42-page lawsuit against Fox Sports. Noushin Faraji, a hairstylist, alleged workplace misconduct and named Taylor, Bayless, and Charlie Dixon among the defendants.<\/p>\n Her most egregious claims were against Skip Bayless, as she alleged he made unwanted sexual advances toward her.<\/p>\n The full list of defendants includes FOX, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, Skip Bayless, FS1 host Joy Taylor, and 25 other others.<\/p>\n Taylor, the current host for Fox Sports 1, was accused of bullying Faraji over her ethnicity, stating:\u00a0\u201cIn early June 2023, the treatment reached a breaking point, as Ms. Taylor began openly mocking Ms. Faraji\u2019s English (e.g., exclaiming that she could not understand Ms. Faraji\u2019s accent) and complaining about Ms. Faraji\u2019s humming\u2014an involuntary subconscious coping mechanism for her diagnosed PTSD.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n That was just the start of it, as she also accused Taylor of sleeping with Emmanuel Acho and Charlie Dixon.<\/p>\n A concerning video is resurfacing from an interview on \u201cI Am Athlete,\u201d where Taylor admits that at one point, \u201cI couldn\u2019t say no\u201d when speaking about being a woman in sports media.<\/p>\n TRENDING: Joy Taylor speaking about working in sports media has gone viral.<\/p>\n \u201cYou have to constantly reaffirm that you\u2019re good enough, that you belong there, and always prove it.
