{"id":17612,"date":"2025-01-06T03:29:31","date_gmt":"2025-01-06T03:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/usdailys.com\/?p=17612"},"modified":"2025-01-06T03:29:31","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T03:29:31","slug":"breaking-former-fox-employee-is-suing-skip-bayless-for-sexual-harassment-claims-he-offered-her-1-5-million-for-sex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/usdailys.com\/?p=17612","title":{"rendered":"BREAKING: Former FOX Employee Is Suing Skip Bayless For Sexual Harassment, Claims He Offered Her $1.5-Million For Sex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Skip Bayless has been named in a lawsuit claiming he touched a former FOX employee inappropriately and offered her money to sleep with him.<\/p>\n<p>According to documents obtained by Front Office Sports, Noushin Faraji is suing Bayless, Fox, Fox Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, and\u00a0<a class=\"mai-link-injected\" href=\"https:\/\/www.totalprosports.com\/tag\/joy-taylor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Joy Taylor<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Faraji, who worked at the network as a hairstylist from 2012 to August 2024, is claiming Dixon grabbed her buttocks at a birthday party in West Hollywood and that she was told to\u00a0<em>\u201cget over it\u201d<\/em>\u00a0by Taylor after she told her what happened.<\/p>\n<p>She is seeking unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.<\/p>\n<p>Faraji claims Bayless began giving her\u00a0<em>\u201clingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts\u201d<\/em>\u00a0after she started working on \u2018Undisputed.\u2019<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">These Skip Bayless allegations are wild \ud83d\ude2d <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/nOREBhpofS\">pic.twitter.com\/nOREBhpofS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 BricksCenter (@BricksCenter) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BricksCenter\/status\/1875999675406569913?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 5, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>She says she told him she was not interested in him and didn\u2019t date at work, even going as far as telling him she had ovarian cancer in a bid to get him to back off.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/frontofficesports.com\/fox-skip-bayless-others-sued-on-14-counts-sexual-battery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FOS<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cInstead, Bayless became more aggressive over the years, according to the suit. He allegedly offered Faraji $1.5 million to have sex with him\u2013and claimed he could \u201cchange\u201d her life. The suit also claims Bayless accused Faraji of sleeping with Shannon Sharpe, his co-star on Undisputed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs the suit alleges: \u201cApproximately one week later, Mr. Bayless made another advance at Ms. Faraji. Ms. Faraji responded: \u201cSkip, stop, you have a wife.\u201d Mr. Bayless responded: \u201cAren\u2019t you Muslim? Taylor is also said to have mocked the pronunciation of her name.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cMs. Faraji brings forth this action because for over a decade at Fox, she was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity,\u201d the suit states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Ms. Faraji and others came forward to report the wrongdoing, instead of addressing their concerns, Fox retaliated against them while the perpetrators and those who protected them were inexplicably promoted.
