A former Fox Sports hairstylist has damning accusations as Fox Sports executive vice president Charlie Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless, and current FS1 host\u00a0Joy Taylor<\/a>\u00a0have all been named in a workplace misconduct lawsuit.<\/p>\n

Fox Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji alleges a workplace environment rife with misconduct, including incidents that were sexual in nature.<\/p>\n

Faraji details years of sexual harassment from Bayless, who she stated once allegedly propositioned her for sex by offering her $1.5 million.<\/p>\n

She even added Bayless would give \u201clingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.\u201d<\/p>\n

Those allegations were shocking enough, but then, Joy Taylor was mentioned quite a bit.<\/p>\n

Unwanted advances by Skip Bayless and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon got so bad that Faraji said she told Joy Taylor about it.<\/div>\n

Charlie Dixon once \u201cgrabbed her buttocks\u201d during a birthday party both were attending and in response to being told that, Taylor allegedly told her to \u201cget over it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Not only that, Taylor also allegedly made remarks about Faraji\u2019s Persian descent.<\/p>\n

Taylor \u201cinsult[ed] Ms. Faraji on a personal and professional level,\u201d mocking the \u201cEnglish\u201d pronunciation of Faraji.<\/p>\n

Things only got worse for Joy Taylor in the Lawsuit.<\/p>\n

Joy Taylor Accused of Having Sex To Get Rewards<\/h2>\n

Noushin Faraji, a former FOX Sports hairstylist, has filed a lawsuit accusing prominent network personalities, including Skip Bayless, FOX Sports EVP Charlie Dixon, and Joy Taylor, of workplace misconduct.<\/p>\n

Taylor is accused of using her sexuality to get on a show.<\/p>\n

She spoke about meeting with her for lunch as she noticed Emmanuel Acho there. She wasn\u2019t familiar with him, but noticed they were romantically involved.<\/p>\n

She then alleges that Taylor had a strategy to sleep with Charlie Dixon to get herself to the top.<\/p>\n

The lawsuit added that when Dixon no longer became useful to her, she would accuse him of forcefully pushing himself on her.4<\/p>\n
