FOX Sports analyst and former NFL quarterback\u00a0Tom Brady<\/a>\u00a0went off on\u00a0Daniel Jones<\/a>\u00a0during the New York Giants-Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game.<\/p>\n

Last week, the Giants released Daniel Jones from his contract at the veteran quarterback\u2019s request. Jones was\u00a0demoted on the depth chart<\/a>\u00a0in favor of Tommy DeVito (previously the third-stringer) and\u00a0Drew Lock<\/a>, and he wound up signing with the Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday. And let\u2019s just say that Tom Brady had some thoughts on Jones\u2019 exit from the Giants.<\/p>\n

During the Thanksgiving game, Brady criticized Jones\u2019 decision to seek his release:<\/p>\n

\u201cTo think that you would ask for your release from a team that committed a lot to you is maybe different than I would handled that. I always felt I wanted to get the trust and respect of my teammates.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
