Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>\u00a0temporary kicker Spencer Shrader made the most of his opportunity to play hero in Sunday\u2019s nailbiter against the\u00a0Carolina Panthers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With Harrison Butker on the injured reserve, the Chiefs have turned to Spencer Shrader as the fill-in. He was perfect against Carolina, going 3-for-3 on field goals and 3-for-3 on extra point attempts in the 30-27 victory.<\/p>\n

Shrader kicked the game-winning 31-yarder as time expired to push the defending Super Bowl champions to 10-1. Not only did Shrader make good on his kick,<\/p>\n

As one of the officials raised his arms in the air to signal the field goal was \u201cgood\u201d, the football landed right on his head:<\/p>\n
