The Kelce brothers spoke on their ‘New Heights’ podcast about the right time to put a Christmas tree up<\/p>\n

Travis Kelce<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Jason Kelce<\/a>\u00a0are ready for the holiday season.<\/p>\n

Speaking in a new episode of\u00a0New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce<\/em><\/a>\u00a0podcast, released Wednesday, Nov. 20, the brothers answered a series of questions from fans \u2014 including a query about the holidays.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Asked when the appropriate time was to put up a Christmas tree, Jason, 37, said, \u201cI think Thanksgiving has always been the date.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

\u201cIn the Kelce household Thanksgiving was the day,\u201d Travis, 35, added, to which Jason said, \u201cYeah, I mean preferably you put it up on Thanksgiving.”<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

The retired Philadelphia Eagles center, added, \u201cI like the tradition, we\u2019ve never done it at our house, but maybe we\u2019ll actually get it done this year, where after Thanksgiving\u2019s over you put the Christmas tree up. I like that tradition, I think that\u2019s a really good one.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThanksgiving is really the start of Christmas season,\u201d he said, to which Travis added, \u201cWe would have the Christmas [tree] already up though.”<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

Jason replied, \u201cNo but you got the Christmas tree, you\u2019ve bought it already but it hasn\u2019t been put up.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Travis was \u201cpretty sure\u201d they would put up the Christmas tree a few days before, \u201cand then you\u2019d dress the tree.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThanksgiving is definitely the pinnacle day, that\u2019s the start of Christmas season,\u201d Jason said. \u201cI sit here advertising Thanksgiving.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Travis expressed that he didn\u2019t want to see Christmas lights at the start of November.<\/p>\n

\u201cDon\u2019t do that to me,\u201d he added.\u00a0 The brothers then agreed that Thanksgiving should be able to exist in its own right without being overshadowed by the Christmas season.<\/p>\n
