Colorado Buffaloes quarterback\u00a0Shedeur Sanders<\/a>\u00a0is having another excellent season in Boulder and looks poised to become a top-five pick in April\u2019s 2025\u00a0NFL Draft<\/a>.<\/p>\n Proving 2023 was no fluke, Shedeur Sanders is faring even better than last year. He comes into Saturday\u2019s game against Utah with a 72.9 completion percentage for 2,882 passing yards, 24 touchdowns, six interceptions and four rushing scores.<\/p>\n Sanders headlines a deep group of quarterbacks for the 2025 draft class that includes Georgia\u2019s Carson Beck, Alabama\u2019s Jalen Milroe, Miami\u2019s Cameron Ward and Texas\u2019 Quinn Ewers. His father and Buffs head coach,\u00a0Deion Sanders<\/a>, has made it no secret that he\u2019ll try and influence where Shedeur lands.<\/p>\n Coach Prime was a guest on FOX Sports\u2019 \u201cSPEAK\u201d program. There, the two-time Super Bowl champion was asked what\u00a0he\u2019ll want from the team<\/a>\u00a0that drafts his son:<\/p>\n \u201cSomebody that can handle the quarterback that (Shedeur) is. Somebody that can handle understanding what he\u2019s capable of.
