But on Wednesday, we saw exactly why Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is among the team\u2019s captains.<\/p>\n<p>He has no problem standing up for his fellow offensive players.<\/p>\n<p>The Chiefs were going through 11-v-11 drills in training camp, but it was clear that this was not a full-contact practice. Players were not in shoulder pads. They were wearing shorts and had helmet caps. Kelce then ran into the scrum to get into Karlaftis\u2019 face.
