INDIANAPOLIS \u2014 Out of the 200,000 people expected for Taylor Swift\u2019s The Eras Tour at Lucas Oil Stadium, just a fraction of them live in the Hoosier state.<\/p>\n

According to ticket data, 81% of ticket holders for Swift\u2019s three nights in the Circle City live outside of Indiana. 89% live outside of the Indy metro.<\/p>\n

This has left some die-hard Taylor Swift fans outside Lucas Oil Stadium with no way to get in. Indy local Lindsay Perrin was in this boat.<\/p>\n

\u201dI\u2019ve been to Paris, I\u2019ve been all over the United States,\u201d Perrin said.<\/p>\n

In total, she\u2019s been to six Eras Tour shows.<\/p>\n

When she didn\u2019t get tickets in the madness of the initial TicketMaster drop she was searching for any way to get within earshot of the popstar.<\/p>\n

\u201dI decided to just get onto Lucas Oil\u2019s website and see if there was a way to apply, because I was so desperate for tickets,\u201d Perrin said. \u201cAnd sure enough, they let me apply. I applied on a Friday and I had an interview on Monday.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s right. Perrin said she got a job at Lucas Oil Stadium to ensure she\u2019ll at least be able to hear the concert. She\u2019s not sure of her exact duties yet.<\/p>\n

\u201cAn usher, or a ticket taker,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s going to be my first shift, so we\u2019ll see where they place me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perrin said she is scheduled to work all three nights of the Eras Tour.<\/p>\n

\u201dI just hope I can catch some of it,\u201d Perrin said. \u201cBe an usher, something so I\u2019m in the bowl and can actually see what\u2019s going on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perrin said she will take her job very seriously and will be happy just to hear the concert.<\/p>\n

\u201dThere\u2019s nothing stopping me,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

No matter what happens, Perrin said she is one proud Hoosier.<\/p>\n

\u201dOut of all of the cities that I have been to, I think Indy has done the best job of preparing for Taylor Swift. With the JW Marriott, the car,\u201d said Perrin, referencing the custom Taylor Swift IndyCar at the Indiana Convention Center. \u201cEverything we have to offer here is just so awesome.\u201d<\/p>\n
