President Biden raged against \u201cKill Tony\u201d podcast host Tony Hinchcliffe\u2019s joke about Puerto Rico being a \u201cfloating island of garbage\u201d and suggested that was a good description for supporters of former President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

\u201cDonald Trump has no character. He doesn\u2019t give a damn about the Latino community,\u201d Biden said,\u00a0according to an NBC reporter<\/a>. \u201cJust the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage.\u201d<\/p>\n
